The possible reasons:
1. The inside the electric field is not cleaned thoroughly.
2. Parts of the intervals between polar plates are beyond the range.
3. The clip fixed on the electrode plate doesn’t take its place and discharges.
4. The inside the electric field is humid.
5. The porcelain bottle or cathode frame supporting porcelain sleeve at the output end of the has accumulating dust is broken down, generating discharging phenomenon.
6. Re-discharging is stored in the high-voltage transportation circuit from the high-voltage output end of rectifier transformer to the electric field.
Suggested solutions:
1. Clear away the sundries.
2. Adjust space between the electrodes.
3. Inspect and fix clips.
4. Open the crossbeam on the top, supporting porcelain sleeve and cathode porcelain axle heater, in order to keep dry.
5. Clean up the porcelain bottle by ethyl alcohol duster cloth. If crack or puncture line is discovered, change it immediately.
6. Observe the discharge position, adjust the insulation distance and measures.
