Checking Procedures for Electric Actuators

1. When the checking and wiring of the actuator is correct, switch on the power supply, and turn the switch of "Manual-Automatic" to "Manual" position on the servo motor end cover, shake the handle, when the output shaft turns to zero position, the output current of the position transmitter shall be 4 mA. 

2. Shake the handle to make the actuator output shaft rotate by 90 degrees, at this position, the current of position transmitter shall be equal to 20 mA, otherwise the amplitude modulation value in the position transmistter shall be regulated. The rotation angle of the output shaft is directly prportional to the output current of the position transmitter ,the error shall comply with the requirements. 

3. Change the polarity of the input signal by using double pole switch, make the actuator rotate towards the positive and the reverse direction, the output shaft shall be flexible, the output current of the position transmitter shall change correctly with the rotating of the output shaft.
